yeah ! I am back with a bang :) .
I have completed Crackverbal course .
booked GMAT appointment on Aug 27th .
targetting Q51 , V40 .
CR preparation was good , started of with SC . hope i will do good :)
RC is one area which i need to improve a lot :( .
anyways let me see how it goes ......

Logical Conclusion !!!

I will give a logical Conclusion to this year MBA chase . I am not joinning any of the B-schools this year . My immediate plan s to re-take GMAT ASAP and Target US B-schools /UK Bschools/Great lakes / ISB . let me work on my profile . I wish www.lastmonk.com will be succesful . I will start blogging only after I begin my GMAT preparation .

Great Lakes GD/PI prep

thank god ! i at last got interview call from atleast one B-school :) . my GD/PI is on 21st Feb ( next week ) . i have not prepared anything till now . doing some research on the school . i will take printout of my essays and start preparing from now atleast :) . this weekend although TIME was giving coaching for GD/PI , i did not go , hope i will not regret for it in future .

will GreatLakes .... ??

Will Greatlakes shortlist me ? Initially I thought GreatLakes as a back-up , but after doing some research , i found Great lakes as a very good institute with a bright future , now the problem is will they consider me :) . As it is my Essay writing i found it lot difficult , i guess i have done a decent job except the essay "Character comes out in crisis " .
now my future plan incase GLAKES does not take me , as that Crackverbal looks costly ( 9k ) , I will have start looking for other options i guess Princeton review would be good enough . let me see if Crackverbal includes Essay review as a part of 9k package . I have started researching about lancaster , hope Chopras consultancy people will not be angry on me as i have not responded to them for a while .

Great Lakes Essays

these days i have been working on Great lakes essays , Great Lakes is the only option for fall-09 admission for me , as i am not applying anywhere else this year ( not sure about Lancaster ) i will decide about Lancaster soon . Hope i will get into GLAKES , i have spoken to GLAKES alumni , they were very positive about the institue .
about my future plan : i will join crackverbal coaching by Arun , as he will help me preparing for GMAT as well as review my essays .

PG Meet and my decisions ...........

Finally PG meet happened , had a chance to Aruna (wharthon 09 )and Arun ( senior member in Pagalguy.com ) . meet was very informative esp my doubts related to Loan and similar stuff was clarified . my Dream of US MBA just became Strong , so i am starting my phase 2 prep for GMAT from today .......... 2 hours of prep everyday .

esp the below line made me decide to apply for Fall-2010 seriously
" If you don't belong to these categories but are still thinking of safety schools, think twice. Don't you have enough grit in you to wait it out another year? Don't you want to give your dream schools another shot? Isn't there anything you can do to improve your chances next year? " .

one more important thing about the meet was Arun will be conducting workshop in Feb . i wish it will help me improve my score .

Quick updates ........

I observed it was quite sometime i did not post anything here , actually i was Busy ( ooops !the truth is I was Lazy ) recently wrote JMET , SNAP without any preparation . concentration level was average . hope some Lady Luck favors me this time ( one new girl entering my life :) ) .
coming on to Personal life : Yeah ! I have joined Swimming camp . Hope i shall be regular to it . ( if not 6 pack , i shall have decent Body :) ) .
somebody please write my Essays for Great Lakes , I cannot do creative writing ....... i cannot write all lies there :) .......
I still have 14 days for FMS and 21 days for XAT , so if i revise basics at least i shall be able to perform better .
I re-read my favorite book " the Alchemist " yesterday . I hope i still have strength in me to chase my dreams .
